Lease Offer

We have prepared a lease offer for you that is designed to protect you and provide you with peace of mind that so that you can enjoy the fact that you have made an excellent choice and will continue to feel that way for 20 years. The lease has the following key components for you;

• The lease covers the full FITs period (20 years)
• Apart from the access track, only a small area of land is taken up around the turbine
• Your legal fees are covered (up to a set limit) and we recommend that you engage a solicitor to review the lease
• We pay an Option fee on signing
• We cover all costs
• The lease sets out to cover you against all risks
• The lease protects you from non-payment
• The lease sets out insurances and seeks to protect you in that regard
• The Lease includes a detailed site map that shows you exactly what is proposed
