Process

Step 1: Discuss Proposal

• We will review your site and prepare a proposal & map for you
• We will explain the proposal & map to you
• If you are interested we will move to the next step

Step 2: Agree the Proposal

• We will send the legal documents to your solicitor
• Your solicitor will review and send comments to our solicitor
• The solicitors will agree the terms between them
• Both parties sign the legal documents

Step 3: Planning & Grid Connection Applications

• We will prepare and submit the planning & grid applications
• We will send you a copy for your records
• We will keep in constant contact with the planners
• We will keep you informed throughout

Step 4: Construction (after planning secured)

• We will carry out a pre-construction survey on site
• We will order the turbine & arrange dates in advance with you
• We will construct the site and keep you informed on progress
• We will complete the reinstatement to a very high standard

Step 5: Operations & Management

• We will manage and operate the turbine
• We will carry out scheduled maintenance 1-2 times per year
• We will provide you with as much notice as possible
